Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or leaking upon delivery.
  • The item is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  • You contacted us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preferences, or if the item has been opened or partially used.
