1. Returns

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Note

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
